Crown/Fixed Bridges
Crowns and the majority of bridges are both fixed dental prosthetics. Unlike dentures which are removable for daily cleaning, crowns and bridges are reinforced onto the existing teeth or implants. A crown is used for damaged or fractured teeth while a bridge is used when one or more teeth are missing. Here are the common materials used in crowns and bridges:

Veneers
Veneers are thin, and custom-made coverings that are applied to the visible part of the tooth, usually at the front. It is used to improve the appearance of the teeth which can either be from stained teeth, damaged teeth, or uneven teeth. These are the common materials used for veneers:
- Composite (Direct) – Composite resin that is added directly to the front surface of the teeth
- Ceramage (Indirect) – is a versatile micro-ceramic indirect composite with 73 % zirconium silicate fillers
- E.max – made of lithium disilicate glass ceramics for great esthetics
- Zirconia – made of zirconium oxide that features excellent durability and esthetics
